1. Using Solegather
Solegather helps runners discover, create, and coordinate public or private gatherings. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to use Solegather responsibly, follow applicable laws, and respect other members of the community.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and all activity under your account. You may not impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, or use another user's account without permission.
3. Gatherings and Safety
Gatherings are organized by users or partners, not by Solegather unless clearly marked as official. You are responsible for deciding whether a gathering, route, location, pace, or activity is appropriate for your health, fitness level, and safety. Use good judgment, follow traffic and local rules, and consider meeting in public, well-lit areas.
4. Community Conduct
You agree not to harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, spam, or exploit other users. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or remove users from the service if we believe conduct creates risk, violates these terms, or harms the community.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post, including profile information, gathering details, messages, photos, and comments. You grant Solegather permission to host, display, process, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the app.
6. Donations and Payments
If donation or payment features are available, payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Amounts, fees, receipts, refunds, and tax treatment may vary by transaction. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before submitting payment.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Solegather at any time. We may also update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Solegather is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that gatherings will be safe, accurate, or meet your expectations. Running and group activities involve risk, and you participate at your own discretion.
